Rental Unit Refresh

This lower manhattan rental unit was due for a refresh. We updated the entire 1 bedroom unit with new floors and a fresh coat of paint. We opted for a sturdy base molding that elevated the look of the apartment and felt true to the character of the older building. Without changing the footprint of the original bathroom, we repaired water damage and replaced everything. The kitchen also got an update and we saved money by using the same tiles from the bathroom on the kitchen backsplash but gave it a whole new look by laying them horizontally.
